I used to do the 1Xtra one and then thought I'd start it again at the start of the year only to never follow it up again (classic me). It's been posted in the R&B forum before as it doesn't really have chart impact.

Nation Radio has always intrigued me. It only has regional variants and no national station. I did listen to it briefly (the London one as it's the closest variant) and found the music mix to be decent.
