ACR does not stop a song re-entering the chart....

I’m sure it does if IDC is the only song on the album which is on ACR

Doesnt the sunday chart usually have missing streams so ed could drop straight back out in a couple of days, its the streaming portion that acr affects not the sales part

if you look at the data

the only way that IDC is at #3 is if it's back on normal ratio, on ACR it's totally impossible

looking at the data on streaming for these days, it's +/- easy too estimate Ed's final streaming figures, his top 6 songs are all gonna do >30,000 streams minimum

I'd say BP around 55,000, >IDC 45,000, Take me back to London, and Cross Me, around 40,000 streams, Antisocial and Remember the Name around 30,000 streams

That means that BP does on streaming alone 7k a day, IDC 6.5k a day, TNMTL and Cross me 6K s day

Sunday mids have 1 day streaming + 2 days of downloads... but those are quite low... I'd say BP might have done 1.5K in 2 days, IDC 1K, the rest <500 copies...

meaning that when you add it up, BP is the 1st Ed track with 8-9K, IDC is the 2nd with 7-8K, then TMBTL and Cross Me tied around 7>K

which makes sense with todays mids

but if you put IDC on ACR and half its streams, it goes down to just 4K, 5K max, and it's passed by the other Ed songs, even Antisocial and the Eminem one...

Seems like either IDC has been reset to SCR or there's a lot of streaming data missing - I find it hard to believe the other Ed tracks would be falling quite that much in comparison.

If this doesn't make the OCC rethink the 3-track rule I don't know what will.

I doubt the OCC will be bothered by it - it's doing the job they set it out to do and keeping Ed's domination from interrupting the progress of other artists' tracks! Besides, Drake had a similar mess last year with his album - Emotionless' chart run was 5-x as In My Feelings overtook the week after. Nice For What fell out from #25 and didn't re-enter until Nonstop hit ACR, because it was on ACR itself. I'm sure they knew just how messy it could get with certain artists when they implemented it.
