Applications are open for til the end of Tuesday, so it's only a short period where I'm overseeing Camila. I mean, I'd be happy to continue there as I adore her but hopefully we'll get a wider range of people with applications, rather than me modding every forum that comes along lol.

Let's take a look at the forums that have been created under the Inner Circle: Billie Eilish - 2 mods (Sam and Cqm, Cqm has since left) Calvin Harris - 2 mods (Dan and lewistgreen) K-Pop - 1 mod (Cody) RuPaul's Drag Race - 3 mods (Liam, Joe and Lew) Charli XCX - 2 mods (Lotti and Haus) Ellie Gouding - 2 mods (Cqm and me) Shawn Mendes - 3 mods (Jay, Calum and me) Camila Cabello and Fifth Hamony - TBA So out of 14 current mods in those forums, only 3 are inner circle mods (bearing in mind I'm not an inner circle mod and though I can offer my POV in that section, I don't get to vote in their decisions - even if you did include me, that's still 5 out of 14, less than half). Five of those are moderating their first AF - Dan, Lewis, Cody, Lew and Cqm! Of course, if you expand the search to the pre-existing AFs, the inner circle mods feature more, but I don't really think it's fair to compare to mod jobs they had before the role was actually created.

However, I didn't really understand your point for the reasons above - the inner circle don't get any sort of priority and I wouldn't want it to be seen that way. The stats I posted were simply to clear up misconceptions. I'm not really sure why the pre-existing forums are that relevant to the inner circle anyway, they were jobs they had before (and proved their worth in!)
July 28, 20195 yr well y'know the inner circle oversee things for all of the artist forums as far as I'm aware, not just the new ones or the ones they moderate so surely they're just as relevant? especially when they're the people deciding what old ones need axing etc etc

Sure, the inner circle have plenty of AFs under their belt, mostly from before they were hired, but I'm not sure what else you're suggesting beyond that.
July 28, 20195 yr On a more positive note, very happy that we've got a Shawn forum, so thanks to all involved for making it happen!! :heart: Really good to see Camila given a chance too, hopefully with the right mod team and member support that can take off!

Sure, the inner circle have plenty of AFs under their belt, mostly from before they were hired, but I'm not sure what else you're suggesting beyond that. im literally not trying to suggest anything more than what I've said??? idk what you're trying to get from me here Joseph but I'm tired of not being able to comment on this area of the site without someone twisting something I've said into an argument. anyway good luck to those with the new forums, i hope they go in the same direction ellie has and not the way paramore did :lol:
