Tool doing unbelievably well considering the song is over 10 minutes long and they only had 10 hours worth of streams!

So much for TOOL supposedly having no UK fanbase. :P

The Aitch social media promo extending to getting an old freestyle in the top 200 now too. :o

Tones and I nearly top 100 is also good to see!

and Tool, aka the biggest band in the Uk according to some, in at #168

Literally no one said that lmao. Although you don't seem to understand that there's anything that exists between 0/10 and 10/10 so go figure you'd interpret 'they do have a fanbase in the UK' as 'they are the biggest band in the UK'...

Katy Perry track #1 on NMF and also insta-added to HH

HH has switched the songs on top a bit and now Mabel is track #1, 3 nights is track #3 and Lizzo - Good as Hell is track #5 + HH cover

I wonder where 'Small Talk' will debut tomorrow? It's support in the UK is a bit better than with 'Never Really Over' #1 on New Music and cover, and a debut of #31 on Hot Hits, whereas 'Never Really Over' was #5 on New Music and debuted at #45 on Hot Hits...But the song isn't at strong. So it'll be interesting to see.
agree on Mabel, now Mad Love is #1 on HH, which makes no sense imho
Why? It's a hot hit...

And it’s old. She should just move onto the next single and the song is due for ACR anytime now

I get what he means though, they always put tracks at #1 on that playlist which are evidently on the way out and long past past their peak officially.

I can think of more extreme examples than 'Mad Love' in that respect though.

yes, mad Love is well past its expiration date

But that's not the point of the playlist! I'd love for it to reflect more upcoming hits but it wasn't created to speed up the chart, there are other (and sadly less prominent) playlists for that. Mad Love definitely fits the criteria!

Besides, it a new song by an up and coming artist was song #1, it would be labelled in this thread as payola and there would be similar complaints from certain people.

Mad love has already been #1 on multiple occasions on HHUK though, it would be nicer to see fresher songs getting the opportunity!

didn't realise Aitch was #1 on Apple

Kygo/Whitney also doing better there at #4 right now
