November 11, 200618 yr As we are doing lists: 1. Leona 2. Eton Rd 3. Ray 4. McDonal Bros 5. Robert 6. Ben 7. Nikitta Jester?!?!? Eton Road? Nooo... you're kidding me  ;)
November 11, 200618 yr Hey...my top 7 are 1: RAY 2: LEONA 3: ETON ROAD 4: NIKITTA 5: ROBERT 6: BEN 8: MACDOUGALS i just dont see why everyone loves ben> he sings the same type of songs, in the same way every week- admittedly ray does to but Louis is the first to say something, never when Ben does though. I think the bottom two this week will be,unfortunately Nikitta and hopefully, but probably not the mcdonalds. Louis Walsh lecturing about artistic talent is as credible as Jade Goody lecturing about the big bang theory
November 11, 200618 yr Jester?!?!? Eton Road? Nooo... you're kidding me  ;) No, I think they are good, if you ignore the frankly atrocious bit in the middle from the camp one!! And I fancy the one with the blue eyes, and I want to see more of him next week!
November 11, 200618 yr What was so bad about Ben's performance ?  Yes he had a shaky first 30 seconds but as soon as he got to the 1st chorus he was STUNNING I am shocked that you rated bland dross like McDonalds over Ben :o :o I like Ben but i've gotta admit this week I think he was very poor. You'd have though Aerosmith would have suited his voice perfectly but it just didn't work IMO and I thought it was one of the worst performances this week.

He should not have done the guitar etc, once he stood up and dispensed with the guitar he sung brilliantly I thought
November 11, 200618 yr He should not have done the guitar etc, once he stood up and dispensed with the guitar he sung brilliantly I thought He was alot better standing.
November 11, 200618 yr He should not have done the guitar etc, once he stood up and dispensed with the guitar he sung brilliantly I thought I agree with that. I just don't think the performance had any originality about it and it was Sharon was trying to sterotype him a bit with his performance.
November 11, 200618 yr I agree with that. I just don't think the performance had any originality about it and it was Sharon was trying to sterotype him a bit with his performance. Steve Tyler is one of the most outstanding vocalists of the last 20 or 30 years, possibly the best rock voice along with Freddie there has been so I think that Steve is a very hard act to follow and while the performance was poor by Steve's amazing standards as a standalone performance I thought it was still very good

The start was bad but by the end it was brilliant imo. None of the acts are going to be as good as the original singers really. <_<
November 11, 200618 yr 100% agree. The start was bad but by the end it was brilliant imo. None of the acts are going to be as good as the original singers really. <_< Glad you agree with me ^_^ I just think the critics of Ben might be judging him against Steve which I think is the wrong thing to do
November 11, 200618 yr Author Julio Iglesias on ITV2, next week he will be slagging the show off
November 11, 200618 yr Julio Iglesias on ITV2, next week he will be slagging the show off  Why has'nt he appered on it like the other guests have  Obviosuly he's just on it to promote his new album  Mc Doogles BETTER go, if not them then Eton Road -_-
November 11, 200618 yr Why has'nt he appered on it like the other guests have  Obviosuly he's just on it to promote his new album  Mc Doogles BETTER go, if not them then Eton Road -_- Yeah thats the point I was making about Tony Bennett too He was criticising X Factor last week but I was in HMV this morning and his new "Duets" album was getting very good promotion so I suspect Julio going on was a good plug same as Rod has a new album of cover versions out at the moment
