That actually brought a tear to my eye. :cry:

A truly amazing way for a series to go out - sad, poignant, yet incredibly uplifiting as well.... Andrew Lincoln is one of our best telly actors (and I sincerely hope you're all watching the "This Life" repeats on Beeb 2 just now...)

 

They should really leave it at this - it's now perfect, any follow-up would just totally taint it forever.....

To be honest, I think the producers have tried to make the majority of the episodes in Series 2 TOO complicated/OTT. The only stand-out episode I can remember in the very first one, where the kids were killed in a car crash...

 

I'll be watching Series 3, though.

I bawled my eyes out at the final episode when Robert died, it was so sad :cry:
