Shut Up and Dance is one of the darkest/grittiest Black Mirror episodes and therefore makes a nice change to the other more glossy episodes of Series 3. It's a non-stop tense ride, my particular highlight being the bank robbery scene. The two leads are perfect and it's fascinating seeing them pulled together in this strange world and following their journeys with a nice shift in perspective at the end.

I've went for Nosedive. Decent episode but I think Community did the same idea better years before.

This is really just not going how i'd have wanted it too lmao.

Oh no, we've hit a blunder there. Shut Up and Dance is gruesomely excellent with a shocking twist that makes you really think about what you just saw. White Bear covered it's themes a bit better, but it's a long shot better than Crocodile, which always seemed to have the same gruesome tone but no point to it.

 

Hang the DJ needs to go now, it's nothing on the remaining episodes.

Hang the DJ. I really enjoyed it but it didn’t really offer anything new to the show.
