Any predictions are welcome as always, now let's see which songs scored the least amount of final points. 082. Mason vs Princess Superstar - Perfect (Exceeder) 2007 | 61 points | [50-97-157-101-82] | 20th in semi 4 with 137 points There has to be a last place and it is Mason who takes that spot having just scraped through the semis. It does well to continue its top 200 run into its 5th year however, as one of the defining tracks of the mid 00s electro house era it is deserving of its top 100 place. 081. Au/Ra vs CamelPhat - Panic Room 2018 | 69 points | [81] | 20th in semi 2 with 141 points One of the more recent tracks here which gets a good first outing, beating 'Cola' (#159) by a fair margin. It is one of my absolute faves of last year and I'm pleased it made it, long may it continue to do well in this. 080. Cascada - Everytime We Touch 2006 | 69 points | [14-24-19-106-80] | 20th in semi 3 with 144 points Still not quite recovering to the highs it maintained in its first few years but 'Everytime We Touch' returns to the top 100 giving Cascada their sole entry. It's definitely their best track anyhow and one of the best of its subgenre. 079. Ida Corr vs Fedde Le Grand - Let Me Think About It 2007 | 70 points | [46-x-131-108-79] | 10th in semi 3 with 180 points Another mid 00s track here back when Fedde Le Grand was briefly big in the charts, it returns to the top 100 finally after going top 50 in its first outing. The forever underrated 'The Creeps' won't be joining it this year however.

Avicii (feat Rita Ora) - Lonely Together 2017 | 72 points | [78] | 21st in semi 3 with 144 points Avicii's first appearance in the final, and the song was very lucky to get in having been tied for points with 20th position (in following with ROTD tradition, ties were allowed to qualify). It's up there amongst his best tracks so a top 100 position for its first outing is very pleasing, though it really should be higher! He at least has 2 more songs still to come. 077. Dynoro & Gigi D'Agostino - In My Mind 2018 | 74 points | [77] | 17th in semi 3 with 147 points One of last year's biggest dance smashes and clearly popular with Buzzjack too as it managed to make the final to my surprise. This may well fall once it loses its recency boost but hopefully it can stabilise, it's a tune. 076. Calvin Harris (feat Haim) - Pray to God 2015 | 75 points | [70-114-76] | 14th in semi 2 with 154 points It may have been one of Calvin's biggest chart underperformances but this has always been loved on Buzzjack, and it rebounds back into the top 100 this year which is great to see as it's one of my faves of his. Hopefully we can get something like this again from him on his next album (if we ever get one). 075. Disclosure (feat Sam Smith) - Latch 2012 | 78 points | [21-17-52-70-75] | 21st in semi 2 with 141 points The second '21st' finishers here and from a track which has yet to leave the top 75 since the beginning of Ultimate Dance, impressively. It's still one of both act's standout songs however so this is good to see. Some new material in 2020 would be much appreciated.

Oliver Heldens (feat Becky Hill) - Gecko (Overdrive) 2014 | 95 points | [68-49-29-73] | 19th in semi 2 with 142 points Continuing its top 100 run is 'Gecko' which is one of my absolute faves here, the best track by both Oliver and Becky for me. 072. Nero - Promises 2011 | 95 points | [123-117-182-72] | 13th in semi 4 with 158 points Nero do well this year with this making top 100 for the first time and 'Guilt' still to come too. 071. Otto Knows - Million Voices 2012 | 95 points | [71] | 12th in semi 2 with 172 points Otto's first appearance in this surprisingly, a long overdue appearance for this.

As one of the best dance hits of the year I can get behind this going top 100 here already anyhow. 069. Lilly Wood & The Prick & Robin Schulz - Prayer In C (Robin Schulz Remix) 2014 | 97 points | [17-63-69] | 9th in semi 1 with 180 points This remains another year giving Robin Schulz the first of two final appearances. 068. Clean Bandit (feat Zara Larsson) - Symphony 2017 | 98 points | [68] | 7th in semi 4 with 180 points Clean Bandit's highest song in this chart and also the winner of the survivor, can't argue with that too as it is their best track. 067. Riva (feat Dannii Minogue) - Who Do You Love Now 2001 | 99 points | [67] | 13th in semi 2 with 162 points This early 00s trance hit makes the chart for the first time, surprised it's this high as it seems very forgotten now in general.

Kid Cudi vs Crookers - Day 'N' Nite 2009 | 108 points | [167-183-64] | 20th in semi 1 with 151 points A bit of a surprise finalist but as this song turns ten it enters for the first time, it's got a great wobble in the drop so it can stay. 063. Sash! - Encore Une Fois 1997 | 109 points | [42-x-112-63] | 16th in semi 4 with 156 points Sash!'s highest track and a good choice too, we love a trancey anthem.

Tori Amos - Professional Widow (Armand Van Helden Remix) 1997 | 111 points | [60-161-138-60] | 12th in semi 1 with 171 points Re-peaking this year is Tori Amos with what I think is her only dance hit thanks to Armand van Helden on the remix. 059. Edward Maya (feat Vika Jigulina) - Stereo Love 2010 | 113 points | [09-23-59] | 10th in semi 4 with 172 points A former top ten here, it doesn't do as well this time but it's another good year for 'Stereo Love', which is one of the few songs from 2010 that has aged very well.

It departs the top 40 after two times there. 055. Fatboy Slim - Right Here Right Now 1999 | 125 points | [77-x-32-12-49] | 11th in semi 2 with 175 points Falling hard out the top 40 this year is Fatboy Slim's most popular track here by some way, which I can't argue with. 048. Avicii vs Nicky Romero (feat Noonie Bao) - I Could Be The One 2013 | 126 points | [34-43-39-24-48-] | 6th in semi 2 with 196 points Continuing its perfect top 50 run although sadly halving its position is the amazing 'I Could Be The One'. Avicii still has one track left in the running. 047. Scooter - The Logical Song 2002 | 133 points | [86-x-x-177-47] | 14th in semi 3 with 171 points This makes a huge jump this year, not sure how or why but it is a right banger.

Motorcycle - As the Rush Comes 2004 | 136 points | [45] | 17th in semi 2 with 150 points A surprise new entry for this mid 00s trance hit, good to see this get some recognition. 044. David Guetta (feat Sia) - Titanium 2011 | 137 points | [06-04-11-38-44] | 11th in semi 1 with 178 points Sadly this leaves the top 40 for the first time but it had a great run and it's undeniably the best track put to Guetta's name (and also his highest entry here). 043. N-Trance (feat Kelly Llorenna) - Set You Free 1994 | 137 points | [01-05-06-50-43] | 15th in semi 4 with 157 points Another former winner exits having also taken a surprise dive last time this was ran. Another good 90s track but not a huge fave of mine.

Corona - Rhythm Of The Night 1994 | 139 points | [36-07-30-41-41] | 12th in semi 4 with 160 points Continuing a perfect top 50 run is one of the biggest dance tracks of the 90s from Corona, unlucky enough to be placed 41st for a second time. 040. Safri Duo - Played A-Live (The Bongo Song) 2001 | 140 points | [145-x-142-40] | 5th in semi 4 with 193 points This chart is full of surprises and another one starts the top 40, rising over 100 places. The song certainly stands out with it making a big feature of bongos anyhow. 039. Sigala & Becky Hill - Wish You Well 2019 | 142 points | [39] | 6th in semi 4 with 189 points The most recent track in the chart and one that only recently left the UK top 40, doing very well to replace 'Sweet Lovin' as Sigala's sole top 40 entry here. It's certainly one of the best dance tracks to come out of this year though, and hopefully it will hold up well in time too.
