To me Pandora was originally a fun presence on one of my least favorite seasons. She had fun and in turn I enjoyed watching her. She was a bit less entertaining on AS1 but who can blame her for being unhappy with last place fodder Mimi as a partner lol. I like Pandora but I have no idea whatsoever what she's been up to since RPDR. Could be cool to see her back some day!

I liked A'keria for the most part. She filled in the bitchy and sassy stereotype quite well and much better than Ra'jah ever could have hoped or dreamed to. She wasn't overly nasty but she didn't sit on the fence either so it was enjoyable for the most part. The only thing I disliked was how far her head was stuck up Silky's ass as if she thought Silky's schtick was actually working and being human-centipede'd to her would gain her some popularity points. Girl you're just fine on your own, cut that annoying ass umbilical cord while you still can.

Our second winner to drop, Bebe, is very elegant and regal when it comes to Drag Race and I kind of like that but I'll admit I'm not in love with her. I think she had quite the glow up between S1 and AS3 and I'm happy we got to see more of her especially without that hideous S1 filter lol but while she had some moments during AS3, for the first ever winner she was kind of underwhelming. I think there are worse winners in the series other than Tyra but I also think there are winners who are above and beyond Bebe by a country mile. I do think out of that F4 she should not have been sent home by the jury but we all know that jury was all kinds of stupid save for Thorgy.

Another winner drops in a row and I am actually shocked to see Chad Michaels this low and omg that drop! I LOVED Chad on S4 and she was actually my favorite there because I felt that even as a Cher lookalike she felt way more versatile than being just Cher. While Sharon Needles was a deserving winner on S4 I think Chad could also have been very deserving. Thankfully she returned and despite that horrid team twist she managed to win AS1. I'm curious as to whether there's a specific reason for that drop or if it's just one of those things that happen lol.

Pandora is always a tad overrated imo but still had some pretty great moments like her Snatch Game performance. Shame she got partnered with that mess in AS1.

 

Akeria deserves better, somehow very underrated despite being top 4. Her 2 winning performances were both brilliant but that improv was really incredible and genius. Her gold drag was just divine and I can’t wait to see her smash an All Stars inevitably.

 

Bebe and Chad are probably the least memorable winners for me but I do really love both of them despite that. Chad’s inauguration ball look from Season 4 was BEAUTIFUL and one of my favourite gowns from the entire show for it’s sheer beauty. Bebe’s performance in the Kitty Girl challenge will also go down in history and anyone who thinks she didn’t deserve that win can get in the bin.

Ok that 1 may have been a tad harsh but honestly I feel like Monét X Change was just about the most overrated queen to ever walk this earth during AS4. I kind of liked her pre-AS4 but she was not meant to be anywhere near that Top 4 and if that season had to have joint winners it should have been any out of Naomi/Monique/Manila over her and idk the season felt rigged for her to win the whole way through when she was imo by far the weakest out of the Top 4. Post-AS4 I'm not quite sure how I feel about her. I sometimes disagree with her but more often than not I'm finding myself agreeing with her in whatever drama she's in on twitter or whatever lol. Maybe it's production's fault that I disliked her? Probably lol.

She was quite nice and likeable and I'm actually surprised she hasn't returned like pretty much everyone else on S5 lol but I'm sure we'll see her again sooner rather than later.

I liked Peppermint upon my recent rewatch. She was nice and had some great look (that club kids look was AMAZING) and ofc she was a literal lip sync SLAYER because she was just that good. However she bored me a bit. She had some moments but was definitely overshadowed by the massive talents in the Top 4 and lbr she was least deserving of a Top 2 spot out of those four. However I don't think she was un-deserving because of that, I just think Shea should have been standing there instead of her.

I'm surprised she made it this high as I felt she may been swallowed up and forgotten with all these big queens around but Chi Chi was always likeable. She was a bit out of her element in AS3 but she's a really nice queen so it's good to see her get a bit of recognition. Chi Chi was a cheap queen and that was kind of her shtick, she didn't have a lot of money and she's a pretty buff dude out of drag but that's what makes drag so fun.

Nina was SUCH a dour and miserable presence and honestly I couldn't stand it upon my first watch but upon rewatch I was living for it. I couldn't understand her motivation for being there and it was absolutely reality TV gold watching her miserable face while she struggled to find the energy to even participate. That being said she had some killer looks and was ofc known for her unique and different designs which were for the most part cool. I'd love to see her come back and perhaps be a bit more confident because Nina is a really talented queen so her being so down on herself was really baffling at times but I guess self-doubt doesn't really ask whether it's deserving or not.

 

3 lipsync assassins out in quick succession. The Music, Call Me/And I Am Telling You and Finally lipsyncs are all spectacular
