Yes! I think if we see a rise on streaming in the next few days they can just sneak a top 20 position this week. The playlist support for BUS hasnt been the best tbh. It was good for the UK playlists but international playlists... they were either quite low down or just werent added  I kinda see why tho after the past singles but with this being their lead single i thought maybe it would be added to some bigger playlists? Oh well, the song has done amazing which is exactly what they needed!

The past singles are not the problem!! Columbia needs to finally wake up and help promote the girls in US and i hope RCA have some plans for at least a European promo. Other artist add their songs to Today's Top Hits the same day they release it and some of them are doing worse than Break Up Song. We really need radio and playlist support on other countries too.

As much as i agree i cant see it ever happening tbh. Have they even tweeted or talked about the release of Break Up Song?

They made an Instagram post on the day of the release but nothing since. I don’t expect any support more than that from them any time soon.

I think the US is a waste of time, honestly. They should focus where they already have found some success and have a bigger established fanbase (Europe, Aus/NZ, Latin America) through visits, playlisting etc. I remember Reggaetón Lento was a smash in the Netherlands simply by being made track of the week in one of the biggest radio stations there.

Honestly, though, if they’re not bothered either, it’s fine, but I see the US as a waste of time considering the amount of effort it takes and how far into their careers they are, they could use that time to explore numerous other countries and secure different touring stops. The US isn’t even that open to pop right now.

Up to 26 on AM.

ahhhh, man I’d be so pumped if they manage to stay in the top 20 come Friday!

At this point, I completely agree. If it makes a dent in the US naturally, then fair enough, but there's no point in trying as much there now.

Excellent news about todays first look!

I now think it's likely they'll stay top 20 come friday...

Good they are so much higher on AM too.

#20 in today's update.

Do you think it will still be top 20 by Friday?

Even for them to be close to top 20 at this stage of the release is brill for them.

They probably haven't released to USA radio because of the Coronavirus pandemic. Hard to get a hit when you can't promote it.

Struggling everywhere now, although it’s expected given its 11 weeks after release.

Down to 28 on Amazon, down to 47 on Spotify and 28 on Apple.

Hopefully it manages to increase next week and avoid ACR.

28 on Apple is actually an increase. It was in the mid 30s before.

Up to 26 on Apple now.

Keeps doing that then slipping back to 30/31.

I’m all for it dropping this week if that means it can gain next week haha!
