Has any band who has had a chart hit this year or last managed a decade of hits, that is a top 75 hit every year for the last 10 years?

Not the answer you wanted exactly, but

Status quo have had a top 75 hit every year since 1973, except for years 1985 ,1987,1993,1997, 1998,2001 and 2003.

well even though that answer is touching the retro, 12 tears of hits is good going (between 73-85) especially since (i think) this was the time of rock people just normally releasing albums and not focusing on singles

I think Oasis have had a hit every year in the last decade but i'm not 100%.

Fraid not Scott..1999,2001 & 2004 were Oasis-less chartswise in the UK.

Stereophonics have had a top 40 every year since their first hit!

If they have one this year they'll have had a decade of top 40 hits!

so seeing as they've now released a live album it looks like there will be no single from this project and so the run will be broken :o

I think 2000 is the only year that Elton John hasnt had a chart hit since his debut in 1971?

Yes, you are right. An amazing run!

Super Furry Animals have hit the top 30 every year since their 1996 debut:

1996 - Something 4 The Weekend

1997 - The International Language Of Screaming

1998 - Ice Hockey Hair

1999 - Northern Lites

2000 - Do Or Die

2001 - Juxtapozed With U

2002 - It's Not The End Of The World

2003 - Golden Retriever

2004 - The Man Don't Give A **** (Live)

2005 - Lazer Beam

well there's one, any others?

Madonna?, although not a band!!

Edited by DG299

Madonna has had a single on UK top 40 on every year since 1984. However The Look Of Love was released December 1987 and Love Profusion December 2003, but they both charted in top 40 1988 and 2004.
