I can see Dua debuting at #4 this week then which is still a great result.
as a comparison, when Taylor came back last April she also got the same push on Spotify as Dua (#1 on HH, NMF and TTH) and she did 577K and that was with the horrible song Me!

Mariah is also in at Apple Music at #111

Only on Buzzjack could #3 be considered disappointing for Dua...! It's her highest debut ever on Spotify, that's huge and bodes extremely well going forward!!

Higher debut than I expected for Dua! She should get a top 5 debut then unless she falls off a cliff immediately (and could quite possibly get #2). I'm confident this song will be a pretty big hit for her regardless of its debut week though. Remember not even 'One Kiss' debuted at #1 (or top 2) lol ~

 

A #6 debut in the US is really impressive too considering she's not really a big name there ('New Rules' being her only really big hit, supplemented with a handful of other small to moderate hits).

HAIM's 'Now I'm In It' has gone in at #141, a bit better than the first (and only) day for 'Summer Girl' (#167). Fingers crossed this can somehow make the top 100. IIRC 'Summer Girl' scraped into the top 100 for a midweek update but presumably ended up missing out by a quite bit though so not gonna hold my breath.
Also fantastic to see Welcome To The Black Parade re-enter the UK Spotify top 200 for the first time since 2016!

It'll be interesting to see how new MCR music does if they release some!

Well I think it's nothing special imo, and I love his music, but we all have different tastes of course.

 

Also, that beat and drums could've carried a 3.5 minute song too so why stop at 2 mins?

I didn't like much DHL but In My Room is incredible, much much better, the beat is crazy good

wow Mariah already so high, similarly she's also top 100 on Apple

Last Xmas is around #200 on Apple and the rest of classic Xmas songs are starting to climb up (Chris Rea, Bubble etc)
