This is a really solid album if not mindblowing - 'Caution' has remained my favourite song on it by some distance (I'm surprised that song has seemingly been so divisive) but I think every song on it is enjoyable, the 2 collaborations (especially 'Lightning Fields' as a few have already highlighted) are definitely the strongest of the album tracks along with 'Blowback'.

I like all those ones too but my favourite is still 'My Own Souls Warning' fantastic Sams Townesque rock!

Same  The riff is just incredible - in fact speaking of Sams Town this album has quite a few throwbacks to their older material style wise

The Killers are bigger in the UK too aren’t they than what they are in the US. Although I am surprised they’re #8 I thought they’d manage top 5 at least.
'Wonderful Wonderful' is their only #1 album in the US and that was entirely because of tour bundles, they're really not anywhere near as big a name there as they are here.

The tour bundles do really work for opening week in America, seeing they dont have this time they did ok. I think they were always bigger in the UK really and they were also huge here in Ireland.

Billboard 200 is garbage - getting views on a hit single on YouTube somehow equates to album sales! It makes a mockery of the album format letting hit singles be so easily translated into album sales. Shows the UK downweighting works better.

They are #2 on the billboard album sales chart, which you could argue is a fairer comparison to their previous records that charted on sales alone pre Wonderful Wonderful.

I think bands likes this really do rely disproportionately on touring to promote and sell their new music, so they will suffer the most with the collapse of touring.
Down to 7 but coming for silver next week.

That’s not too bad, I’m sure it will climb back up when the Vinyl comes out next month.
