Charlene has a great legacy and Kylie knows returning would likely add no enhancement to that.

I by a miracle she did do a even a 1 episode return, Jason would have to be on board at the same time.

While I'd love it I think it's better for her not too, Charlene and Scott are from the golden era of neighbours and arguably the most popular characters in the shows history I dont think a return no matter how short would benefit their legacy.

Did Kylie ever mention she knows what's going on with Charlene, meaning she's still married to Scott and having two grown-up children who both have been on the show a few years ago?

I remember her acknowledging she had a son when he was on the show, it might have been part of the 30th anniversary. I'm sure she took a photo with him and joked that it was her son.

She did as she took part in the documentary celebrating the 30th anniversary, I think her taking part in anniversary documentaries is the best way for her to involve herself with neighbours rather than making a return as Charlene.

Yeah I can't see her making an appearance in the actual programme again. As nice as the thought of her returning for one episode would be, I think viewers would find it hard to see anyone other than Kylie herself, not the character.

Very valid, Kylie could make a cameo as Kylie and not Charlene.
