After the annoying performance of Break Up Song and Holiday on streaming it'd be amazing for them to round off 2020 with two streaming hits so I'm here for this.

The Guardian reviewed Confetti again and gave it a 4/5!

Guessing since Alexis chose Confetti as his pop album of the week his review is what weighs on Metacritic. Sucks, though. Could've gotten them a higher score.

Back to #1 on iTunes Ireland!

That’s amazing!!!!

I really hoped they’d make it in the UK too but it’s just not happening haha.

Is there any chance they might overtake due to streaming or this battle now over?

Kylie is going to have at least 2k CDs shipped tomorrow I believe, so the gap will probably increase to like 3-4k if both acts sell the same over the next few days, so I'm not sure Little Mix could close a gap that big with just streaming, esp as their streaming numbers are not incredibly high.

They do have their lil' streaming party and This Morning on Wednesday, but can't see any of them doing a whole lot for sales.

EDIT: Just realized streaming is not included in the new figures, so actually it's not as bleak as it looks haha.

This highlights Happiness’ potential and shows how NBMF is the weakest of them to the GP.

8. Sweet Melody (-1)

38. Confetti (-8)

54. Holiday

71. Happiness

74. Break Up Song

87. Not a Pop Song

129. A Mess

150. Nothing But My Feelings

179. My Love Won’t Let You Down

192. Rendezvous

It’s only Sunday’s streams though unless there’s missing data...

If they pushed signed copies they actually could of smashed this.

Yeah, streaming is all in (one day behind as usual), Kylie is making up their streaming numbers with her signed formats etc it seems!

I would love them to get it but like 365 said before Sweeet Melody smashing and those sales are still something to be happy with, and also Disco is the better album, and Kylie getting a number one album in each of the last 5 decades is amazing for her.

I wonder what their second week sales will look like, considering they've got Children in Need on Friday, and they may pull something else out like GN or Strictly, they could actually be a contender for a new peak during their second week.

AC/DC aren't as big in the UK as they were, as in 2014 they only managed a #3 peak/debut. Paloma is probably the big competition next week, but again, not a lot of promo / build up.

AC/DC will walk the number 1 it may of got to 3 but it sold over 90k copies.

The pre-orders are huge already, they’ll do more than Kylie and LM I would have thought easily.

Paloma #2

Can see LM and Kylie being low top 10.

Oh damn, didn't realize their sales were that high. I thought it would've been roughly 30-40k, but then again the sales climate is so warped now. Oh well!

Im not even sure if paloma will be 2 unless it's low sales. Either way I can see Little Mix being 4/5 next week.
