The buzz will die down if they continue on as a trio. Jesy was the heartbeat of this band, so I just hope they don't end up being a Sugababes or another type girl band, after building up such a great identity with Jesy on board. I still miss Jesy! :(

I respectfully disagree, Jesy is amazing but no more or less than the others. Jesy is just the one who left so of course these comments are going to get thrown about.

Could you imagine little mix without Perrie's voice? Jade being the gay icon we all need? Leigh-Anne being the perfect popstar in every sense of the word? Little Mix was the 4 girls, and now Little Mix is the 3 girls.

And while I love Jesy, the three girls in the group evidently sound amazing together and perform amazingly together as we've seen. This all may have lit a spark up their arse to do things they've never done before, so I am very excited for their future

Also have to disagree with the above comment about the buzz dying down for them now.

If anything, this has given them further buzz. People are going to be interested to see what they come up with now.

Lol yeah even their repercussion around the web has gone up quite a lot, especially with the Jesy departing + Sweet Melody #1 combo. People love Sweet Melody so everyone was happy for them too.

100% agree with this!

I think the last few months have more than proven Trio Mix are more than capable. Their album returning to the top 2, a #1 single and another single heading for the top 10 eventually.

The big test will be how the next single does, which will be the three of them.

Not sure if anyone’s mentioned but the albums £6.99 on iTunes now.

I don't consider both triumphs as "trio" related. Both were recorded and released with Jesy in the band. it's not like her vocals were moved and a re-edit shot to #1.

But if people were really ready to check out once Jesy left Confetti and Sweet Melody would’ve slid down the charts, but they didn’t.
Expanded Edition is £8.99 which is a really great deal.

I saw this ‘complete’ my album is only a couple of £ for me haha!

They've finally added the album to the reduced section of iTunes.
Albums up to 13 on iTunes, discount working 👍
Album pushed out of the top 5 this week.. ended up 6 I think?
Does it have a chance for #1 before the month ends, though?

I'm imagining not unless 'No Time For Tears' really takes off big time.

I think the album is now up to 135k? Do you think the girls and the label see these sales as being disappointing or do you think they realise sales are low throughout the industry?

Confetti was the third biggest album seller over Q4 - they've done incredibly well.

Yeah they have done.. I think I got to used to them sailing to platinum 😂 but yes everyone’s album numbers are very low I guess thanks to covid

Album at 13 in today’s midweek.. but there’s potential for up to climb up by the end of the week 🤞
