October 9, 20204 yr Author Good to see! I think it'll be between John Lennon and Headie One for the official #1 though.

October 9, 20204 yr I’ve seen John Lennons album promoted on the news so that’s quite good promotion. Wonder if he could do similar sales to Queen this week. I imagine their fanbases will be likely to go and buy the actual CD which will work in his favour but it depends on the strong streams that Headie will get and D-Block tbh they’re quite the streamers too. I think I’d put those as the top 3 with Travis also in the top 5. I’m glad that we’re looking at another decent for 2020 week of sales though regardless of who’s at #1.
October 10, 20204 yr D-Block Europe are underperforming on Apple with only 3 songs in the top 50 (compared to Headie having 12 of the top 50, 13 counting 'Only You Freestyle' appearing twice at the moment although these usually get combined after a day or so). They typically do worse on Spotify as well. Have a feeling this will only be a low top 5 or so for them unless the sales for #3 are really low again. Rooting for Headie to get a #1 album here although I wouldn't mind if John Lennon gets there instead. Not too sure what to expect from his sales, it looks like this is just a compilation with no previously unreleased material on it (just remasters), but no doubt it'll still be in high demand among Beatles collectors and it is well timed for what would have been Lennon's 80th birthday.

No new tracks (for obvious reasons) but they are remixed (again!) and the deluxe version has some surround mixes which I guess will appeal to some people.
