Updated ahead of The Show's chart positions this coming week! Harry's House has now spent more weeks top 10 than Take Me Home did.

I wonder when LP1 is due to go Gold?

It went silver (60,000+) on 29th Jan 2021, and its sales were 82,397 on 10th Feb 2022. At that point it was 17,603 away from 100k.

Friday 9th June 2023 marked 70 weeks since 10th Feb 2022. This suggests that its average weekly total is less than 251 copies. Whereas between Jan 2021 and Feb 2022 figures its weekly average was roughly 420 a week.

I feel like it could be getting quite close to Gold, we'll see. For an album that was quite a disaster on arrival, going Gold would be a good outcome! Also Gold: Zayn's debut album and Niall's first and second albums. Louis' debut album is Silver, his second is uncertified. Zayn's second and third albums are uncertified.

Updated the first post with The Show's #1 debut, and Niall's biggest opening week!

I wonder when LP1 is due to go Gold?

I feel like it could be getting quite close to Gold, we'll see. For an album that was quite a disaster on arrival, going Gold would be a good outcome! Also Gold: Zayn's debut album and Niall's first and second albums. Louis' debut album is Silver, his second is uncertified. Zayn's second and third albums are uncertified.

Interesting how LP1 seems to have tailed off, though it doesn't surprise me as I feel like few of the hits propping it up are that remembered. Gold would certainly be a good outcome for it though!

Just noticed Fine Line was certified 3x platinum at the end of last month! It's also just dropped out of the top 100 for the first time since release, lasting about four and a half years...!
