Israel have chosen their act tonight, and it's 19 year old Eden Alene!

The song will be published on 3rd March

The four choices are out, bit of a mixed bag! Has to be Roots for me, although the chorus is weird  There's two diet bops in Rakata and Feker Libi but they feel a bit demo-y. And we don't need another ballad so meh at Savior In The Sound.
Israel once again providing a high quality serve. I wouldn't necessarily even stoop to calling those other two "dietbops" but Roots is definitely the same kind of energy Netta had (but not quite on THAT level obviously) - Doron Medale didn't write that did he?

Roots makes me think that Israel DO NOT want to wait another twenty years for another win

But I’m not sure they could choose a non-qualifier if they tried amongst these

Doron Medale didn't write that did he?

Doron co-wrote Feker Libi:

I'm sure they will beef up the production if it wins.

The chorus is EVERYTHING. :yahoo:

I'd have to hear 'Roots' live but it's the best studio track, although 'Feker Libi' is a close second.

Feker Libi just won...it’s probably still my third favourite out of all the songs so far, but it was also only my third choice from the selection so I’m gutted for Roots
I think all three of the uptempo ones were good choices - I think Feker Libi was actually the best choice but it was a close run thing.
I like it. It lends itself to strong staging and it'll stand out more than 'Roots' would have, I think. Curious to see how it does.

ROOTS ROBBED

I can't be mad at this though, Feker Libi is also a great choice and I think it's gonna well anyway.
