They’re saying Ukraine tried to assassinate Putin earlier today

Advanced knowledge ged be in that area in a helicopter then tried to use drones to bring the helicopter down. Not sure what Russia would do if something like that was successful

I think like Iz says, there's a real opportunity for the UK here. Clearly we have a special relationship with the US and I do think Trump at least respects us and craves the value and probably Starmer

Dunno if I trust that. Remember, Putin is trying to manipulate Trump at every turn now. How would Russian air defences, when everything else has proved to be outdated and clumsy, take down small drones around a big heliocpter? I don't see it.

Strategically for Ukraine, it would make sense, though, as there is no way a successor would want to continue that war.

Drones can be tricky sometimes. Israel had big problems with stopping them. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c4g9wx2q09ko.amp

There is so much propaganda in war can’t be sure of anything but it seems pretty plausible

The now former Russian transport minister has been found dead in his car in his suburb house allegedly having committed suicide but a gun he received as a gift was found beside his body,

He was the former governor of Kursk the region of Russia which was invaded by Ukraine last summer and there is allegation he was involved with embezzlement of money meant to be spent on defence in the region.

Trump stated that Putin is throwing a lot of ‘bu***hit” at us and he’s nice but it’s meaningless as he does what he wants https://www.yahoo.com/news/us-send-more-weapons-ukraine-031751559.html

He also stated he’ll now resume arming Ukraine and sending them weapons.

So essentially no different from the Biden administration at this point.

So either Trump is playing an amazing game of 4D chess or he’s just 6 months behind what everyone with a brain of how the Kremlin operates is doing?

Don’t think the US administration comes out of this looking well at all.
