I thought it was a little unfair votes counted for less if you submitted fewer votes too – doesn't look like it would've made much difference to mine anyway though!

Was wondering if D'Angelo would get any other votes...

I originally had quite a few more but they weren't eligible (Sufjan Stevens, Elliott Smith, Blood Orange, Perfume Genius, Arthur Russell...) and I was scraping the barrel a bit when I tried to think of more, so I thought I'd just go with 17 and suffer the consequences

By Friday we'll be into people's top 10 and the eliminations will start hurting!

I'll do a recap at no 100 of what's left plus a scores on the doors for how many each voter has left in the rate.

It will puzzle me how Gotye didn't have another Top 40 hit.

Good to see Billy Idol there, 'White Wedding ' another classic. James Blunt well like him or loathe him he's been an established artist. Jimmy Somerville quite the genius.

Only 3 of mine out so far I think. Me being James Blunts highest score at 6 🙈
Nice to see another voter along with myself for Jimmy Somerville, I live read my lips by him the most.

'Read My Lips' is such a tune  'By Your Side' is also very under-rated.

Poor Juicy. Didn't think I'd be the only voter lol.

I loved She's Always A Woman back when it was released. For some reason I always thought it went top 5 but maybe I'm thinking of its iTunes peak. One of the best John Lewis adverts too.

BIGGEST UK HIT: STAY THE NIGHT (#2, 2014)

Awww Mark Owen would have been a 27-pointer for me :( 'In Your Own Time' is legit one of my favourite albums of all time, and 'Green Man' is also a brilliant album. He's so under-rated, I'd have been happy if he'd even had half the success of Robbie. I once chatted to him at the bar after one of his gigs, he was a genuinely lovely bloke.
Mark has some great solo work but it never really took for him var a few hits there and there. His debut is still my fave album of his, I was so shocked how much it under performed at the time.
I don't know how many I've lost so far. Duke Dumont, Juice Wrld, Chris Isaak... maybe another.
