Ridley's very hands on and he's been involved heavily with post-production on The Last Duel, so I'm totally not surprised.

Could be touch and go if it's released this year now unfortunately :( Hopefully that's not the case and we still do get it in November!

I'd say the only way it won't be released this year is if covid f***s the entire schedule up again! The big Oscar hitters that already have an official release date at this point pretty much always rush in time to get post-production completed in time for Oscar season (and this year it seems to be this and Del Toro's Nightmare Alley that are the films taking up this route!)
