November 20, 200618 yr Tomorrow's chart will be fascinating. It would be great if they were right about Emma, but I think top 5 is what we should expect. I don't think Matt and/or his record label have done nearly enough for him to have a high charting album. err.. we don't get chart info that early on the midweeks, you are about 12 hours too early

It varies time wise, but the first "Prediction's" are normally revealed between 11:30 - 13:30 Hrs on Tuesday. Regarding Take That, they may have sold 22,000 downloads last week, but I would be incredibly surprised if the fail to sell enough singles this week to make #1.
November 20, 200618 yr No its not. I read it from somewhere earlier on but I can't think of the source now. I'll check my history in order to find it. JON is correct it seems...... ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Launch (Yahoo) Music... The Beatles are outselling Oasis and U2 in the race to top this week's album chart. Thirty-six years after they split, the band are heading for number one again. Their Love album, soundtrack to the Las Vegas show based on their music, is just ahead of nearest rival Stop The Clocks by Oasis. But there are only 200 copies in it and Oasis could overtake them before the week is out, according to music chain HMV. U2's 18 Songs is in third place. Westlife are also in the running with The Love Album. The four groups are expected to sell well over a million copies between them during the next few weeks as they battle it out to be the best-selling album in the run-up to Christmas. "Based on initial sales, it looks like first day honours may just go to The Beatles, which comes as no surprise given the nature of their fanbase," said HMV's Gennaro Castaldo. "But it may be that Oasis will sell more over the week to go to number one, while U2 and Westlife will aim to shift more copies over the Christmas period as a whole."
November 20, 200618 yr I can't believe you can get predictions of the number 1 on a tueday of the beginning of the week...its mad lol  but good :cheer: Whatevers number 1 on a tuesday from your predictions does it normally change........ Sorry if i'm sounding stupied i've just never been on a site like this before lol :D Anna.XXXXXXX :D
November 20, 200618 yr Emma will be bottom top 10, too much competition for #2. I hope Emma manages to do better than that, but CIN singles don't tend to sell too well do they. With the exception of Shane Richie that is.
November 20, 200618 yr Westlife will sell more than 50.000 tomorrow. i think they will be number one.

I couldn't remember the source so thanks for that. I expect that come Sunday, The Beatles will slip to 3 and Oasis will be number 1 followed by U2 at number 2 with The Beatles and Westlife fighting it out for top 3.
November 20, 200618 yr Westlife will sell more than 50.000 tomorrow. i think they will be number one. Keep quiet. They are 4th in HMV. All the press today are buzzing about the huge chart battles between The Beatles, U2 and Oasis. No one is even mentioning Westlife. They will be #4, but they deserve to be out of the top 200 <_<
November 20, 200618 yr What?! I said it will be fascinating to see the results tomorrow, and how they tied in with the Woolies chart, which has already been published. That comment was not directed at you, it was directed at another member.

I doubt HMV will matter that much anyway as Westlife will be more of a supermarket buy.

Sorry if i'm sounding stupied i've just never been on a site like this before lol :D Anna.XXXXXXX :D It's Ok, quite a sensible comment, usually the No.1 stay the same all week, unless the sales between the top 3 are pretty close, but I can't see that happening this week, I think Take That will be streets ahead with around 9-12k tomorrow me thinks.
November 20, 200618 yr Westlife will sell more than 50.000 tomorrow. i think they will be number one. Stop repeating yourself you are beginning to get on everyones nerves.
