February 24, 20214 yr Author This is taken from times: The Live Experience, which was premiered on Friday. Sam performed all the songs from times (in a similar order as the tracklist) and all of the featured artists appear in the screen during the show with the exception of Robyn, who was the only one missing. TtAhMnlOAZo Regarding "One More", Sam also premiered the music video at the end of the show, so I assume it will be uploaded on YouTube soon. The music video is simple and it's clearly seen that it was shot during lockdown, but I liked the mannequin appearances. Also, Nile Rodgers appears in the music video and his scenes are the ones which are shown in the video above.
February 27, 20214 yr Author Debuts at #46 with 1,911 sales. Wish it could have made the Top 40, but at least it's still a good result, despite the album didn't appear on the Streaming Chart. #14: Sales #20: Downloads #15: Physical #8: Vinyl N/A: Streaming
February 27, 20214 yr Wow that's such a shame considering how good of an album it is. I know he's not a "big" name (yet) but with Radio 1 support behind him for a few of the singles I did expect more. He did get the #1 dance album though
March 2, 20214 yr Author Mark Knight Remix of 'One More' is available as an Apple Music exclusive for nowAvailable on Spotify in both edit and regular versions, alongside the single release, too. I took a punt on this and ordered a signed copy as they weren't too expensive and obvs I have to have everything vaguely Robyn related.FYI, there's an "Impact" vinyl release, which makes me think it's very limited (or very hard to find). It's not available on his official store yet, but it's on Merchbar and you could check it here.
March 3, 20214 yr One More sounds better and better with each listen. I think I may purchase this album. AND "Impact" is indeed a cherry worth getting but it's so expensive!
March 3, 20214 yr Pitchfork gave it 6.9 I think, good result - at least they cared enough to review it with good score
March 10, 20214 yr Author Well... it was surprising to find out that this was his WW television debut. I don't know why, but I thought that he previously performed in a TV show in the UK, at least. Anyway, that's great and kudos for Sam! Hope this isn't the last one, of course.
June 19, 20214 yr ICYMI... SG Lewis has co-produced some recent songs: Jodie Harsh - No Sleep MØ - Live to Survive Mabel - Let Them Know
