May 1, 20241 yr After an hour and a half I gave up with Ticketfactory, just kept saying authorisation error with payment. I tried with my card, my partners and my mums, was so stressful. Anyway I called Ticketfactory directly and booked Block 12 over the phone so I'm happy. I didn't realise you could call for pre-sale tickets now, she didn't ask for a code or anything over the phone either. When I worked for ticketmaster, pre-sales were always strictly online only.

May 1, 20241 yr SO happy and grateful to Jay for getting us tickets especially after my Mastercard presale drama yesterday. I really hope and pray the date goes ahead - she is on my bucket list of artists to see so it will be a dream come true!
