YouTube to push her ahead pls.

I imagine YT will be around 1k or so for today and yesterday.

Saturday would’ve been high as that was the first full day as it premiered at 6pm.

This is such a nerve wracking week!!

I’m thrilled it’s doing so well but like just imagine if this actually holds up enough and manages the #1 debut here.

If it ends up being a multiple week #2

Is this closer to the Spotify #1 than Shallow was when Shallow was peaking?

ROM selling nearly 4x the #2 in the US and nearly double the #2 in the UK 4 days after release. Slay ❤️

:o

I actually feel slightly more confident for it eventually getting to #1 in the US over the UK! I think the physical copies off her website could mean it edges it there

I really really hope they get it. Especially for Gaga who had been out of consideration from ever getting a #1 for years now she could make a come back with 2! We'll start to see how strong it is on radio soon in the US which will be really important as Savage is still climbing fast on radio

Oh wait yeah, on debut week it'll have next to no radio plays compared to its competition so it may fall short :nocheer: I think we have a long running hit on our hands anyway, so it's no biggie!

Tracking is kinda different in America. The streams and sales are same as UK, Friday to Thursday, but radio tracking starts on Monday (I think) when most songs get properly added

It’ll still be way behind Savage and Blinding Lights but the last few days of it not being on playlists and low plays won’t count yet

UK Tuesday update

Missing APPLE STRM, SPOTIFY, YOUTUBE for Mon.

1. RAIN ON ME (36,190)

2. ROCKSTAR (26,924)

They extended the gap from the first mid but that’s likely because most of the first day YT has been added now

I think they’ll get #2 unless there’s some sort of push cause streams, views and sales are all falling and they need about >20k to ensure #1 now

Yeah it'll just miss out I assume now, especially once all streaming data is added. It'll be close though and whatever position it ends on, there are some very good sales numbers! So I'm happy x
Fingers crossed our source comes through with midweeks that show how much both songs sold yesterday. 'Rain On Me' might still be outselling 'Rockstar' enough to compensate for any missing data (it's also not as if missing data is going to be massively skewed in favour of 'Rockstar', either).
