Today's #1 album did 34,235. I wonder if Gaga can match or beat that next week?

It's around what I was expecting but I'm actually putting my expectations a bit higher now! I'm thinking streams could make up a similar amount of the total as Dua Lipa's recent album did (just under 15k) and Gaga's fanbase will surely mean higher physical sales than Dua?

Easily, I would say now.

Oh definitely higher physical sales for Dua!

Probably (at least) double.

Initially I was thinking the paid for sales for this would be way more than the streaming sales but now I think this could well translate into a streaming friendly era

We have confirmation about it appearing in the midweeks yesterday!

The sales were removed today as they were submitted too early and should count for next week!

Phew :drama:

The Fame was in the midweeks yesterday, or I would've thought the same thing

The Fame was just above it at #44. I believe this has happened before and sorted itself out by the official chart, but it would be just typical for its first week streams to be spilled into two chart weeks!

So excited for Spotify’s update tomorrow + the first bit of sales info we get for the album here in the UK.

The delay really feels like it was meant to be now were getting all this success.

I just never thought she'd be a streaming success a few years ago. I thought that would be the end of her commercial success when the move to streaming became prominent. She showed me!
Currently #1 in 67 countries on iTunes including the U.S., UK, Germany, Japan and Australia and #1 on Apple Music in 65 countries :cheer:

Any guesses on what her third charting song could be? Alice or Free Woman?

Definitely Alice

I have a feeling they're gonna go with Free Woman

I think Alice will be this eras DITD - a lot of fans want it as a single but it just won't happen  Just a feeling!

We’ll have to see what streaming numbers look like in an hour or so, as they will make the biggest impact on what her third charting single (if any) will be.
