ASIB sent like a year or just over that top 40 then it got moved out the album chart.

 

It spent more weeks top 100 than everything but The Fame though.

How many weeks ASIB got in top 40?

Ok Chromatica might not beat THAT

ARTPOP spent ten weeks which could be matched next week and overtake the following week.

The release schedule seems pretty light this week.

HDD has this at #33 in the US, assume will be around that position on Billboard too.

 

For comparison, Joanne spent 16 weeks in top 40 (fueled by Super Bowl, of course)

It’s now time to release a third single, otherwise this is going to sink into oblivion.

It was only down 13% week-on-week, it's not that bad.

Chromatica Worldwide Sales (according to Mediatraffic):

 

Week 1: 487,000

Week 2: 643,000

Week 3: 759,000

Week 4: 857,000

Week 5: 930,000

Week 6: 989,000

Week 7: 1,044,000

Week 8: 1,097,000

 

Nearing 1.1M sales now. Hopefully it continues to be stable and we could even reach 1.8M-2M by the end of the year.

Yes. But it would have to be very stable to reach there.

I think a third single around released on the week of the VMAs with a performance (even if its virtual) would be the next logical step.

Might drop to #14 but also might overtake Post Malone at some point. Damn at those collections "selling by default" though.

And we’re at 28 in the midweeks today!

 

So we’re coming to match ARTPOPs total weeks in the top 40 this week.
