Losing out by one vote in the closest round yet, it's All For You. The album centres over Janet discovering the world of dating and new relationships after her separation from her partner and so is much more upbeat than albums that came before it. It's a very passionate album, which explores her state of mind at the time, whilst also signifying the deceit and lies that she faced. The album was banned in some places around the world due to sexual content and explicit language used throughout and it showed a different side to the innocence we found in the albums that preceded it. It was her 5th album to top the album chart in the US and racked up the Grammy nominations as well as receiving commercial and critical success. The singles were: "Doesn't Really Matter", "All for You", "Someone to Call My Lover", "Son of a Gun" and "Come On Get Up and quite a few of these were huge successes and remain some of her biggest hits to date (particularly the title track which was the biggest song in the US in the year it was released). A huge success, but it has just missed out on the top 5 here!
