Obviously an album of new material full of club bangers would be fantastic, but 'Holding On' and 'Galaxy' aren't really good indications of what a new album could sound like. I think a collection of reworked hits that follow a similar ambient sound to 'All I Wanna Do 2020' would be a really good idea. Not that it would do anything significant of course, but it could reignite some slight interest in Dannii's music. Sophie Ellis-Bextor's orchestral greatest hits did okay within the realms of her possible reach.

Any release will keep Danniis name out there and its good to see her even showing up on the Top 100 itunes and it reminds people of Danniis music and also that she is still on the scene. Im not a huge fan of reworked songs, im a huge kylie fan and didnt really enjoy abbey roads and same for take thats odyssey release. With dannii though as she has a far smaller career its good to see her doing something.

I wish Dannii would go the way Sophie did in the early 2010's. Sophie was featured on a some DJ singles, the biggest ones made it on her Make A Scene album and she also had singles on her own. Even though that's my wish I guess an orchestral greatest hits would sell better than a new Dannii club album.

Sophie should have released a GH

Cd 1 normal versions

Cd 2 orchestral versions

I actually bought the song diaries this week in a sale. The cd is far too long , it’s hard to get through.

I would love a brand new Dannii album, again with bonuses of new versions of old material.

She also should get that Duet done with Ru Paul that she has always mentioned.

I am allocating more time to give the new All I Wanna Do version some time to grow on me.

So far, it is a struggle.

The EP is #8 on the Australian iTunes album chart. Starts off at #92 in the UK, I think it should go Top 20.

iTunes:

#8 Australia

#34 Ireland

#59 Mexico

#66 Netherlands

#92 United Kingdom

#122 France

#238 Russia

I am listening now !!

Really ending the bright light mix 😍😍😍😍

Interesting that they've listed the EP as being released on 11th August 1997
Any info if AIWD made it to official download single top 200? It missed top 100, hope it's somewhere lower.

I doubt it did ! It only had one day of sales.

#10 in Sweden. My sale did that!

Funnily enough Neon Nights (deluxe edition) is also at #5, which I didn't buy and Sophie Ellis-Bextor's Shoot From The Hip is at #9 (again, not my purchase) so Dannii might have TWO fans here. :kink:

ETA: Love & Kisses is also at #23
