Yeah a Top 5 debut is unrealistic.

We need to see how it’ll do on Spotify and Apple Music to know better.

47 on AM. 8 songs from Taylor's album ahead.

That’s quite good right? It will also rise more when playlists like A list pop get heavily promoted on the homepage.

Love this! Really does remind me of the Glory Days era, similar to the 3 bonus tracks on GLory Days Deluxe which is a good thing as all 3 are fab. Whoever mentioned the Sexual vibes is spot on! Proper smooth summer song, had it on repeat at work today.
#8 in the US iTunes chart now.

Amazing!

It doesn’t look like it’s doing quite as well on steaming though

Compared to BUS but it’s hard to tell because of the Taylor Album.

It’s actually #7 now with all new releases above it on US iTunes. But that’s just more of a testament to how much download sales decrease every day. It’s not actually gonna do anything in the US without being sent to radios or added to the playlists, which isn’t happening.

We all know this, but it’s still nice to see.

It shows on #41 on AM according to Kworb now, with 8 Taylor songs ahead.

Just checked past tweets and I believe Break Up Song only creeped into the Top 20 on Saturday on AM.

Oh trust me. I know. I’m just referring to the comments that its not doing well on streaming there. That’s why.

Nice reaction here! :D

Its 45 now cause more Taylor overtook.
The fact they can still go top 10 on US iTunes is pretty incredible . It would be even higher without all the Taylor songs also . I really wish there label over there would wake up and promote them properly .

Please can someone explain to me why LM can’t leave Columbia? What are their contractual obligations?

Wouldn’t the minimum effort from the label be to send the song out to radio stations?

I'm loving this song. It's so groovy and catchy. This and BUS are two of their best tracks to date. Really impressed with the music quality this era.
