It's a whole album though rather than just one single so it's unlikely to get in the way too much.

I've read it's folk as well so hopefully... I'm just afraid it'll steal some spotlight from them on Spotify, there's a single as well I believe?

Taylor’s album will be more the focus of people’s attention I think people will be checking out the whole thing rather than just the lead single.

LM should still manage a top 15 debut though but with Kanye releasing too they might have a lower debut than Break up song.

I’m hoping they manage a higher debut than Break Up Song tbh.

Break Up Song came out the same day as Future Nostalgia. It will debut top 10.
I haven’t listened yet, i really want to wait until it’s out properly but it’s sooo tempting!

I've just listened to the NZ iTunes preview and I am LOVING what I'm hearing, I may have looped it 3 times, but THAT'S IT!

I see it's already #2 on iTunes there, that's pretty cool I guess, especially since 'BUS' didn't get too much of an international push.

As I recall BUS was #1 on iTunes in NZ. Not sure if it was this quick, however. They always seem to be good at like a burst of popularity and then free fall. It's still decent though.

I don't think other artists releasing is going to effect its debut position.. like at all. Kanye's lead didn't even break the top #50 in the UK, so his album won't be a problem for them.

It's not even an issue when other artists release anymore, during the days of like.. #1 debuts it would be an issue, but no one is expecting a #1 debut from Little Mix anymore. I'm confident it'll be a top 10 debut with a higher peak than BUS.

Apparently this is around #21 on NMF New Zealand... Not helping if this is gonna be how it goes.
If anyone has a link to this can you PM me it please?

Yeah it’s 21. I’m hoping they are at least 3-4 on NMF UK

I don't see why they can't be 1 - 3.

Yeah same tbh. 4 is the very least i could see them being, but i really cant see it being below 3. Would be nice if they could get the top spot and the cover!

They have a lot of radio promo planned for tomorrow, along with an appearance on Lorraine at 9am.

This is really chilled.

So forgettable. Nothing on Break Up Song.

Loving this on first listen!

It is very Jesy and Perrie heavy though. (Jade and Leigh seem to have adopted Jesy's singing style for this song).

Although the pre-chrorus actually has me confused as to whether it is Jade or Jesy singing the lead!

I think it switches half way through?

Perrie heavy? She only gets that second chorus.

Jesy opens the song and gets the bridge. Jade has the second verse and the first half of the chorus and Leigh has the pre-chorus.

It's already #1 in the Philippines and New Zealand, it took BUS around 10 hours to get to #1 in NZ for reference, whilst it took Holiday 3. I know iTunes means essentially nothing now for sales, but at least it can measure demand and popularity to an extent.

They seem to have a lot of radio promo lined up for tomorrow, they're gonna be on Lorraine on ITV, too! Hopefully this is all good signs pointing to a strong single.
