Yeah it really needs to be higher on Apple Music playlists. It’s now 34 on there and isn’t really moving from that position unless it’s going down :lol: Hoping it gets moved up on Friday.
They really need to release the video on Friday... maybe even discount it on iTunes as well?
Interesting, I’d definitely argue that Jade has the standout moment in BUS!

 

Agreed... Perrie’s part is my least favourite in this song and I personally thought Leigh-Anne and Jade shine on Break Up Song.

Break Up Song's best bits for me: Jade's bridge and Perrie's outro (which is Jade's bridge in some way, but her delivery's great as well).

Holiday's: Leigh's pre chorus which has grown from nearly unnoticeable to the bit that gets stuck in my head.

The video is either coming Friday or Monday i think. Especially with that quiz thing they are doing on Thursday.. maybe that’s them trying to hype/tease it??

lol they aren't the best when it comes to capitalising on a specific moment, so i bet it's just a quiz, although an announcement straight after would be great.

Yeah knowing them it will just be a quiz but it really is a perfect time to announce/tease something.

I was literally just coming to post this lol i seen it on twitter.

 

It’s really promising especially if we look at the longevity BUS had. Hopefully this can become a decent sized hit. It seems to be doing really well right now.

 

Edit: This is now 20 on Amazon, Amazon seems to have a decent impact on the charts right now so it’s really good that this has got so high.

It'd really make a bigger difference if they added it to the various Hot Hits so that it could solidify itself a bit more as a hit in differente countries, rather than just disappearing from the charts slowly as their latest songs usually do.

Hopefully when they do discount it isn't a wasted 8-weeks in situation like with BUS when it was on the way out, and they capitalise on when it's still on the way up.

Nah, it definitely makes a difference. It can be the difference between 2 - 4 chart positions - even more if lined up well with video etc, even though sales make up a small fraction of the chart 1 sale still = 600 streams so they can still help. They also help with visibility if the song gets up high enough on iTunes, it increases airplay and longevity on radio.

Whilst you are technically right iTunes sales still help with a lot of promotion, especially via radio. It's still a measure of popularity and demand and I'm sure some places like the Big Top 40 show or whatever it's called still look at iTunes sales.

 

Either way, anything and everything helps in this situation.

Idk if it’s just a glitch but this isn’t showing in the top 200 for me on Amazon Streaming anymore ... What happened :lol:
They sent out a newsletter via email for the quiz night which was titled "a night to remember" (which i think would make a pretty cool album title ngl) They seem to be putting in a decent amount of effort and hype into this quiz. i really hope it's something more than a MV prop.
