Gaga's retreat on social media and the team's strange quietness has led some to think that the era is over. But then recent Rain On Me remixes and subtle hints from her team are suggesting there is sustained life in it yet.

 

What do you think? Is the era over, or is there promo still to come further down the line?

I would say no as her tour is still coming etc, but if she gets a VMA nom/wins a VMA and says nothing then we could assume that she has moved on.

I think more is to come but I’m starting to doubt it’ll be the big era a lot of us were expecting a couple months ago. I think it’ll be like Joanne & ARTPOP with one more single and maybe a couple live performances

Ofcourse not.

 

We still have the Chromatica Ball to look forward to next year and I am very sure there will be atleast one more videos + promo performances when that's possible. Look how well the album is doing without promo and Rain On Me is still smashing worldwide and on course to be her biggest hits since BTW probably (if we don't include Shallow).

I'm voting no. I think we will get at least one more single, but I don't think we'll be getting the HUGE 7 single era that we hoped for before it all began!

Free Woman release is imminent. I think Gaga is just waiting until the COVID shit is easier to handle to release it.

Saying that...she could maybe do some online stuff. It's a bit bizarre that she's *so* quiet but there's no point moaning about it because it's outta our hands.

Not before she release Alice, Sine From Above and Babylon as singles.

It's such a shame artists don't really seem to bother prolonging an era anymore once the album's out. :(

I don’t think it’s over we have a tour next year so we’re definitely getting some new singles to be released and some promo. Corona is likely the main reason why it’s not being fully active Gaga goes all out when she promotes and it’s hard to do that right now.

 

I think we’re gonna get a re release of the album as well.

Like I wrote in the other thread, there's a difference of effective promotion and just shouting on social media that I have an album out. The remixes just boosted ROM 7% in streaming in the US.

The way this thread makes me cringe a bit now :blush:

Yes. We haven't had an actual single since Rain On Me. She only released two singles and didn't release the third, Syne From Above, in December, or the 4th, Alice, now, and so the 5th, Babylon with Madonna, also won't come.

It's disgusting. Gaga will no doubt have seen this and to be honest why would she want to continue this era anyway for "fans" that are downright evil and petty and selfish.
