Posted August 11, 20206 yr It looks like a new single from the gods Nickelback will release on Friday! It'll be their 10th album next, following 'Feed the Machine' in 2017 which got to #3 here - their highest since 2005. @1293221775548067841
August 11, 20206 yr Author I've never quite got the hate, they're inoffensive at worst  (and their recent releases are genuinely quite good)
August 11, 20206 yr Tbf Nickelback do have a few good songs. But the hate is definitely justified for the most part. x Can you believe they haven't released an album since 2014? I thought for some reason that they released one in 2017 and somehow outsold 'Melodrama' but I'm pretty sure that's just some nightmare I had once, surely couldn't have actually happened
August 11, 20206 yr Author Never got the hate either - some iconic 21st century chart moments! And tbf it gets them more publicity so I doubt they mind at this point

August 12, 20206 yr Loved Nickelback in the early days. Don't care about public opinion! Weird to think Shayne Ward ended up covering one of their later singles as a lead single from his own new album at the time...

August 13, 20206 yr Author Unexpected! It's a cover of 'The Devil Went Down to Georgia' featuring Canadian guitarist Dave Martone - originally by the Charlie Daniels Band. @1293939606942097410
August 15, 20206 yr Author This is what I expected from a hard rock cover of this track, but it's really well done! I'm not disappointed with the guitar on the violin riff. X57qD_LTRgY
