I did a Google search and apparently DJ 4Rain is a French Electronic DJ and producer who has his own website at www.dj4rain.com. A video for Play The Beat also appeared in the search. Is it possible he is actually legit after all?

I think he is real but his streams are not :D
sadly thats probably the only way Emeli Sande could be a hit now, joining DJ4Rain and getting some of his fake streams :D
