I think, regardless of what's better; Happiness isn't the most GP friendly sounding song. I think Sweet Melody will capture the masses a bit more.

the ps1 remix is a stormer! the song itself has some great elements - the hook is great and the chorus is good. lyrics are clunky asf upon second listen, i preferred the song before i paid attention to the lyrics.

 

i’m not too keen on the production for the album version but it fits in the context of the album + i think it will do as well as the other two singles.

I looove the lyrics and love how the beat matches them, lol.

I forgot to say on here but i’m LOVING this on the first few listens. I actually think it could be my favourite so far? Have a strong feeling this will do very well for them! I also agree it’s the type of song that will be will be elevated with a video, which looks amazing from the teasers we have received so far!

 

Great that it’s #1 on NMF until Ari releases, being behind her will really help them i feel.

I think it’s great. I am surprised they’ve released it as an actual single though... it hits me as one of those album fan faves that never gets a look-in for single status.

Prefer it to holiday and I’m quite sure they’re going to debut high with this - maybe sneaking into the top 10
