I'm actually quite impressed by how I enjoy sitting through the entirety of it. Quite a solid album for me, from first listen(s).

This is such a great album. Tell Me You Love Me was a step up from Confident (which was a huge step down from

DEMI) but not a huge one. For me this is a real return to form for Demi but with a much more refined and mature sound.

I would rattle off a list of my favourites but honestly it’s such a cohesive project that I think every song (bar maybe one or two) contribute something worth listening to. I will say however that Met Him Last Night, Easy and Carefully are the top 3 (does anyone else get Lana vibes from the latter?).

It’s also worth adding that her cover of Mad World is brilliant.

Everything is reduced on her website now and the iTunes download is £4.99 - love that they are fighting for that #1

Just ordered the CD, Cassette & Signed Postcard bundle :cheer:

finally got time to listen and it’s so good!! very solid album.. Easily her best album to date.

Come on Demi get that #1!!!

Same :cheer: really hoping she gets the #1!

It's a good album, although I found her vocals a bit wearing after a while. I think I liked the latter part of the album as the sound was more diverse and the story she's trying to tell came together.

Her cover of 'Mad World' is stunning, and a really welcome vocally "restrained" moment.

I think this record is deffo her best album... it certainly doesn't feel v. screechy in comparison to previous works.

There's a lot of great hooks and bits on here. The only fault I have is the track listing. I'm under the impression 'dancing with the devil' is the first 4 songs before the intro but then after the intro she still references the devil times... maybe in a more reflective way. idk...

'Met Him Last Night', 'Mad World', 'Good Place', 'The Kind of Lover I Am' and 'ICU' are obvious highlights...

I was sure this would be top 3 in Ireland this week but it makes a number 8 debut.

I can't believe this is her highest-charting UK album

I have given this album a few spins and it's good! It's full of statements and moments that make me stop in my tracks. Lyrically, it's so honest and raw. I love little moments throughout, including the tracklisting and 'Intro' being #4 before literally "starting over" *.* a nice touch ~

Strongest moments for me are: What Other People Say, Met Him Last Night, Dancing With The Devil, Anyone and more! It could be a bit shorter with a few of the filler tracks left out, but overall I'm impressed.

I've done a complete UTurn On this album and I really love it! There's a few duds but a lot of gems - Lonely People, Good Place, Dancing With The Devil, The Art Of Starting Over, Met Him Last Night and Girlfriends Are My Boyfriend are all great!
As someone who is not usually a fan of Demi in the slightest I'm actually really impressed with 'Dancing With The Devil' (the song) - serving some Amy Winehouse vibes and actually doing it justice!
The more time I give this album, the more it continues to grow on me. Yes it's fairly cliched and predictable, but in particular 'What Other People Say' is so heart-breakingly honest and relatable. It really gets to me every time I hear it - that nostalgic sense of sadness about how we change for the worse as we grow and lose that sense of carefree innocence as we start caring about how we're perceived by others :'( it's such a beautiful song.

The Dave Aude remix of 'Met Him Last Night' is the best thing Demi has ever put her name to for me.

Their :kink:
