Tbh I doubt even if they asked OCC would agree to give it a manual reset. It's 43 years old and was already released as a single back then.

Granted, but its becoming a hit again in its own right, it's not like Mr. Brightside which is always there or the Christmas songs which show up every year, so I don't see why the OCC wouldn't allow it, although I guess we'll probably never know

The OCC denied a reset of Mariah last year despite a whole new wave of "active promotion" including interviews and new physical releases. I don't believe they'd allow Dreams through the net.
