Paul performed all of the instruments on the album as well (which presumably also carries over to these reimagined versions), there's more to the credits than just who's singing it.

Nope, at least in Phoebe's case, it's her and her band playing the instruments in the new version, not Paul

I think it's just to keep Paul's name on them all, they are 'his' songs after all. I haven't got around to listening to it yet, but I think Phoebe's song is the only one which doesn't use any sounds from the original anyway.

 

(though the Beck one you mentioned is all Paul's vocals! :P)

It was released but never pushed - I don't think any of the remix al un has been.

It’s was in the radio 2 playlist when the album came out!
