Good thats its top 40 in the mids, hopefully the girls throw themselves more behind it now for the week, hopefully it can at the very worst make a top 75 return but ideally top 40.

It will definitely fall as today's midweeks would have included the pre-sales, and thus it will suffer a fall. So I wouldnt count on Top40, or even realistically Top75. The most I feel ok with hoping for is Top100 :teresa:

It really needs more download sales. Streaming needs to be done on mass to make a difference and the vinyl is obviously expensive.

 

At £3.99 every UK fan should be downloading it this week

I would never want to assume that everyone had lots of money to spare on music BUT it's £3.99 and actual sales are going to benefit the album's chart position rather than streams.

The album is now at #116 on iTunes

 

So it pretty much spent around 30 hours in the Top 100 and peaked at #45 hopefully with all the vinyls, Amazon downloads and streaming and the Top 40 midweek chart we can stay Top 100.

 

A shame they couldn't print a few thousand CDs just for supermarkets for casual sales and for buyers that wouldn't buy a vinyl.

The vinyl just rose on Amazon bestsellers from 193 to 164 so still getting sales.

 

Chris has ordered 4 copies for international fans for a shipping service from HMV today.

Back up to #96 on iTunes from 116, that's 20 places :)
