Just to clarify and to answer your question/doubt, I think it had a radio deal only on its release date for a day, which was from February 11, 6pm. EST until February 12, 6pm. EST.

 

It's hardly impossible for a song to have a radio deal for more than a week and most of them are only for 24 hours lately. If I remember correctly, the last one which had a deal for a week was "Look What You Made Me Do" by Taylor Swift back in 2017. In reference of these updates, they are a conjuction of the adds the track received (153 out of 180+ pop radio stations) and that this is her most US radio friendly song to date, so US radio stations are jumping on it.

Up to #29 on Hot Hits UK! Was hoping for a bigger increase tbh! Levitating's been moved up to #18 (coming for a reset )
