September 9, 20213 yr Andorra finished above Moldova in qualifying for the Euros, both beat each other once and the only other game which wasn't a defeat was an Andorra draw with Albania. Andorra haven't won a Nations League game (6 D, 6L) so does seem a tad unusual for them to be above the bottom seed.
