Got the cool shoe shine!! The remix of this track is amazing, again making it much faster (I can't find the vid of the speeded up version anymore :() For me, this was one of THE songs of summer 2001, my favourite time for music ever. I love the sneezing moose at the end of the video! Many many happy memories

This is the quintessential Gorillaz song and video. Featuring De La Soul, this was the first track to chart early largely on downloads alone as it was released on a limited edition 12" four weeks before full single release, thus accruing its download sales with it. this was mearly the start of its gargantuan 39 week chart run! The part of the song when the windmill pops up out of the clouds still makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up! I am a tad obsessed with 'Windmill Island', but i think this will stand the test of time as THE Gorillaz classic.

Great single and possibly my Gorillaz favourite.

Strange name creates confusion for me, I remember hearing it on the radio but never knew what it was called!

Thanks for the comments, Mikey and Ricky :D

I admit, 19/2000 is a strange title for the song, as it bears no relation to any of the lyrics!

 I only really liked 10, but decided to do 15 though, so 15-11 are a bit sparse.

I could've guessed 1-3 so easily  Nice thread Matt, though DARE should be number one
