New single from Matt Cardle from his upcoming fifth album. Obviously this is gonna do nothing but it's good to see he's still delivering the tunes!

Just listening for the first time, I don't instantly love it but perhaps it will grow.

Its arcade fire meets mgmt in sound for me, not my fave from him but it's great to see him releasing again. His voice sounds very different in parts.

He’s developed his sound. It’s not instant but perhaps will grow. I need to listen to his last album again, I don’t think I gave it enough attention when it came out as it was a very busy time for me.

This has me back listening to songs from his first 3 albums.

This is terrible ☹️

Im hoping there is better on the album, i dont hate the song or anything but it doesnt really go anywhere.

"We're the Butterflies" is out today

 

He done promo last week here in Ireland on the breakfast show via video link, so hopefully he has some promo lined up in the UK, going from his interview he seems to be in a really great place now.
