December 3, 200619 yr 15 (from 50) The Killers - Bones http://www3.hmv.co.uk/hmv/Large_Images/HMV/1717078.JPG Chart Run: 50-15 DCHQ8JDjgcI Nov 2006 Second single to be lifted from their new album 'Sam's Town', which marked an ambitious and widescreen progression from 2004's 5 million selling debut, 'Hot Fuss', 'Bones' still manages to retain the bands trademarked retro/ 80s vibe whilst adding an unrelenting pop finesse to the proceedings. UK Release date: 27-11-2006 This was predictable peak for the Killers since most people who are in the Killers bought Sam's Town already. One other note the video for the song was directed by Tim Burton
December 3, 200619 yr Starlight sounds too much like Keane for my liking. That's such an insult to Muse. :( I can see certain similarities, but it's harder and has more to it than a Keane song IMO.
December 3, 200619 yr Author 9 (from 52) The Fratellis - Whistle For The Choir http://www3.hmv.co.uk/hmv/Large_Images/HMV/1709876.JPG Chart Run: 52-9 Q5fpsln6cUg Nov 2006 The Fratellis return to the fray with their toe-tapping new single 'Whistle For The Choir'. Following their critically acclaimed and commercially successful debut long player 'Costello Music' storming straight to the giddy heights of the UK Top 5 album chart, The Fratellis go from strength to strength, with this track bound to be a radio airplay mainstay. UK Release date: 27-11-2006

December 3, 200619 yr Many apologies for the insult, but when I first heard the song on the radio, I thought it was Keane. Knights Of Cydonia is much more to my liking. :)
December 3, 200619 yr I find this seriously awful, I loved the past two singles and enjoyed the album when I heard it. :(
