In the end i didnt see it coming either, when they announced Gold i was like now they will announce the split but as that didnt happen i thought brilliant we will get another new studio album from them next year, i suppose Lee, Lisa and Faye probably thought the same thing :o

In addition to internal friction I feel Claire was deeply unhappy in Steps for a multitude of reasons but her decision that followed with H and Claire contradicted how she felt about Steps place in the market.
