According to my Last.fm, the last time I’ve heard this was in July 2013! Only one play (my last.fm stats started in January 2012).

 

I have to admit I really don’t remember this song at all, oops! :lol: Maybe it’s not one of the songs I played often when the album was new? It’s really cute though! Don’t think it was a missed single though, it’s fine as an album track.

I played step one to death when I first bought it and I think my rank of the songs now is the same as back then.

10. Back To You.

As far as Album tracks go I really like this one. It's very 90's but honestly sounds like it could have been a huge hit in Europe.

 

In fact as far as Album tracks go this one is my favourite but it does sound like a sample or is it a cover?

I feel like they've really become Steps while watching the Better Best Forgotten video with the matching colour outfits and everything. I quite like the routine for this one too.

I've always loved back to you, just a nice feel good song, it is very 90s but could have bern a great single at the time.

Such a strange moment, in all respects... musically, vocally, thematically, lyrically it’s a huge outlier. I don’t think it should have made the cut. It’s quite a funny song considering H is gay (not that this was publicly known at the time, but... eek!)

 

H having two songs to himself on this album seems a bit random. Now playing Too Weak to Resist.

 

Are the backing vocals even the other Steps members? :lol:

 

This is more tolerable than Experienced, but the lyrics are still hilarious. It feels like these last two songs should belong to a different album than a Steps group album...

I'd say Back To You is one of the better album tracks on the album tbh

I absolutely love this track. I don't understand why it has a video though. Was it a scrapped single release?

 

I didn't even know the video existed until I was getting them ready for tonight!

I had no idea this had a video :lol: The dancing is pretty cool tbh.

Love u more is another great track, very of it's time but that's a compliment as I still really enjoy it.

Love U More is definitely the best album track I would say.

12. Stay With Me.

Ahh, Better Best Forgotten :wub: After the very curious previous two songs, the album finds itself back on track again. This is properly Steps! It’s obviously very of its time, yet I think it holds up well after all these years. I haven’t heard this album version for a while, so I’d forgotten it had an abrupt ending!

This sounds like it came from a completely different album.

I'd go as far as to say this is one of the worst on the album. It doesn't even sound like Steps!
