Pete's Chart Commentary

 

A barrage of random Christian songs entering means we have a new #1! I've been really enjoying this one, very minimal and laid back but with some great lyrics as well. All of that means a lot of songs fall one place, and quite a few falls across the board as the chart gets a bit of a freshening up. Tom Speight and Blanca climb into the Top 40, whilst Eté 90 enters the Top 20 after I went searching for another French song to learn and it turned out to be a tune. Steven Wilson's 'Routine' also sneaks in despite being years old for random reasons.
