Today marks 30 years since the release of 'Shocked', the fourth and final single to be lifted from 'Rhythm of Love'. The song was remixed for its single release by dance duo DNA ('Tom's Diner'), trading electric guitar for house beats and injecting a fun, empowering middle-8 rap by Jazzi P. It became another chart hit for Kylie, particularly in the UK where its #6 peak took Kylie's string of Top 10 hits to 13 - a record start for any artist!

30 years on, what are your thoughts and memories on 'Shocked'?

Def not for me, ROL singles are all great songs and to a point faultless and I think they all deserve to have far more sales than they have.

Rhythm of Love like Kylie's previous albums could have served more singles based on quality available.

As a fourth single Shocked is great.

What Do I Have To Do is much superior as is Better The Devil You Know and Step Back In Time.

Love it, love the album version, love the single version, love the video… love the ROL album. ROL was my favourite Kylie era and it’s amazing how most songs from ROL have stood the rest of time.

The singles definitely stood the test of time especially with the fanbase as they have remained universally popular for 30 years which is great.

The singles didn't obtain the name of the Golden quartet of singles for no reason.
